Our services

Services tailored to your hardware and workflow.

Bring development, testing, and support closer to the hardware. All four services are available separately or together, with each engagement scoped around your boards, tools, and team.

01 / Physical hardware

Hardware Lab Cloud

Work with real boards remotely, without managing the day-to-day lab setup.

We host evaluation boards or your own circuit boards in a cloud-connected lab, with wiring, harnesses, probes, and controls prepared for the work you need to do. Human engineers and engineering agents can both access the physical hardware remotely.

Typical scope

  • Evaluation boards or customer-specific boards, with the required connections and instrumentation.
  • Remote firmware flashing, board rebooting, and signal measurements where configured.
  • Hardware access fitted to your engineering tools and test workflow.

Use the lab directly with your team, or connect it to Firmware Build Cloud and an Engineering Agent for a development-and-test loop.

02 / Build environments

Firmware Build Cloud

Build for your hardware without maintaining a dedicated build server.

We prepare remote build environments for selected hardware targets, with pinned SDK and toolchain versions. Your engineers and agents use the same prepared environment, with builds connected to physical device testing.

Typical scope

  • Setup for the hardware targets, SDKs, and toolchains selected with your team.
  • Pinned versions to keep the build environment consistent across iterations.
  • A workflow that takes firmware builds to testing on connected hardware.

Use the build service with your existing development process, or combine it with Hardware Lab Cloud and agent-driven firmware development.

03 / Firmware development

Engineering Agent

Move requested features and bug fixes forward with feedback from real hardware.

Engineering agents monitor your GitHub repositories, develop requested features, and work on bugs and issues. They validate changes on physical hardware so the next iteration can be guided by what the device actually does.

Typical scope

  • Connection to the repositories and firmware targets selected for the engagement.
  • Feature development and bug investigation based on your requests and issues.
  • Builds, device tests, and iteration within the hardware access and review workflow agreed with your team.

Scope the agent around your development needs, with Hardware Lab Cloud and Firmware Build Cloud available to provide the supporting environment.

04 / Customer support

Remote Diagnostics & Support

Ground troubleshooting in the device’s behavior, with less back-and-forth relaying symptoms.

An end user connects supported hardware through a browser. Engineering agents run diagnostics on the connected device, using actual measurements and behavior to inform support.

Typical scope

  • A connection flow for the supported devices and browsers defined for your engagement.
  • Device-specific diagnostic checks and measurements.
  • Results that help your support team understand and investigate the problem.

This service focuses on diagnosing an end user’s connected device. It can stand alone or complement your firmware development work; connection requirements and diagnostic access are scoped for your hardware.
